Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received and the system has been assembled (7 -10 business days, plus processing time). These are only estimates; some components may take longer to arrive or may delay the assembly process therefore delaying shipment. The customer will be notified of any delays.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
All Express Mail, orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-800-793-3383. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policies for easy returns.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
